Questions:

1.    Can I use same password for 365 days?

2.    Can Applications keep the Non-Use ID or is it deleted?

Answer:

·         Passwords are valid for 90 days; you will be prompted to change your password before it expires.  If you do not change the password when the 90 days elapse you will be automatically taken to the password change page and will have to change your password before being given access to TransCentral.

·         IDs that have not been accessed in over 90 days will be locked. You can contact the [email protected] mailbox to have your ID unlocked.

·         After 365 days of non-use, the ID is automatically deleted and will need to be approved by the business and reinstated before it can be used.
