User Selectable Change: Defrost Interval changed to [Data]

This event is generated if the Defrost Interval value at code Cd27 or related controller parameter is edited either by: keypad, communications or with OEM configuration restore after Pre-Trip.

Data:

3, 6, 9, 12, 24, OFF, AUTO

Intervals of time to initiate Defrost once the conditions for Defrost are allowed.

User Selectable Change: Temperature Units changed to [Data]

This event is generated if the Temperature Units value at code Cd28 or related controller parameter is edited either by: keypad, communications or with OEM configuration restore after Pre-Trip.

Data:

Celsius, Fahrenheit

Temperature on the display changed

User Selectable Change: Failure Action changed to [Data]

This event is generated if the Failure Action value at code Cd29 or related controller parameter is edited either by: keypad, communications or with OEM configuration restore after Pre-Trip.

Data:

Full Cool

Compressor is on, economized operation.

Part Cool

Compressor is on, standard operation.

Evap Only

Evaporator fans on high speed

All Off

Full system shutdown

User Selectable Change: In-Range Tolerance changed to [Data]

This event is generated if the In-Range Tolerance value at code Cd30 or related controller parameter is edited either by: keypad, communications or with OEM configuration restore after Pre-Trip.

Data:

0.5°C, 1.0°C, 1.5°C, 2.0°C

Temperature band around the setpoint which will be designated as in-range.

User Selectable Change: Stagger Start Time changed to [Data]

This event is generated if the Stagger Start Time value at code Cd31 or related controller parameter is edited either by: keypad, communications or with OEM configuration restore after Pre-Trip.

Data:

0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21

Amount of time that the unit will delay at start-up, thus allowing multiple units to stagger their control initiation when all units are powered up together.

User Selectable Change: Current Limit changed to [Data]

This event is generated if the Current Limit value at code Cd32 or related controller parameter is edited either by: keypad, communications or with OEM configuration restore after Pre-Trip.

Data:

15, 17, 19, 21, 23 amperes

Maximum current draw allowed on any phase at any time (460 VAC operation).

VFD Communication Recovery Initiated

This event is generated when the Evaporator Fan state is changed to HIGH in VFD Recovery Mode.

Water Cool Condensing Initiated [Source]

This event is generated when the Water Cooled Condenser (WCC) switch is detected open or transitions from closed to open.

Source:

Due to Normal Activity

Normal activity

Activated at Midnight

At midnight, specific unit conditions are checked and posted.

Water Cool Condensing Terminated [Source]

This event is generated when the Water Cooled Condenser (WCC) switch is detected closed or transitions from open to closed.

XtendFRESH Mode Changed by [Source]

This event is generated when the XtendFRESH Mode of operation is changed by the sources described below. XtendFRESH controls CO2 and O2 levels in the container to enable fresh transport of perishables on longer voyages.

Pre-Trip

Pre-Trip Inspection (PTI) initiated.

Trip Start

Trip Start initiated.

Mode:

Off

All XtendFRESH operations are disabled.

Fresh

All XtendFRESH operations are enabled and CO2 and O2 setpoints can be edited.

Test

XtendFRESH mechanical operation of components can be tested and the CO2 sensor is calibrated.

Purge

All XtendFRESH operations are suspended in order to pre-charge gas levels to a specific gas concentration.

XtendFRESH Scrubber Status OFF / ON

This event is generated when the XtendFRESH CO2 Scrubber is turned On or Off. The CO2 Scrubber removes CO2 and ethylene from the unit when required.

XtendFRESH CO2 Zero Calibration Initiated By [Source]

This event is generated when the CO2 sensor is calibrated as part of the XtendFRESH Pre-Trip tests by the sources described below. Status of the calibration will be shown along with the sensor reading displayed in mV.
